Set in acres of lush green gardens with rich vegetation, lakes and waterfalls and enclosed by impressive volcano shaped mountains - the remarkable location is what makes the Tauro golf course unique.

Created by the world renowned Mackenzie Ross, the golf course at Maspolomas is surrounded by the 'Parque Natural de las Dunas de Maspalomas', a nature reserve spanning more than 400 hectacres.

A long and flat course, with lengthy, wide fairways. The proximity of the sea and the mild breezes cooled by the trade winds, make a visit to this course a wonderful experience even on the hottest of days.

Located between the Maspalomas Natural Dune Reserve and the yacht harbor of Pasito Blanco, nine of the 18 Holes at Melonares are right on the sea front. The state of the art golf carts are equipped with GPS technology.

Designed by the American architect Ron Kirby the landscape has been carefully nurtured to expose natural form and beauty. Volcanic rocks, palm trees and a selection of grasses, create interesting obstacles with beautiful scenery.

The course has only four different tees per hole, thus players with different handicaps can enjoy playing. For a gentle lead in the course begins with a simple par 4, enabling golfers to ease their way in to the challenging holes ahead of them. Recently inaugurated, this is one of the newest golf courses on the island of Gran Canaria. It is situated in a typical landscape of the southern part of the island, with ravines, volcanic earth, views of mountains and sea.

The lush scenery and green gardens are in start contrast with the desert surroundings. Dave Thomas and Roland Faur‚ designed this interesting and demanding course, on which you have to use all your skills if you want to be successful.

The natural features of the landscape and the Indigenous vegetation have played an important part. Echoing with the common characteristic of the Gran Canarian countryside, more than 600 species of plants and trees have been established to give beauty to the area>

Anfi Tauro Golf has had a 9-hole course open to the public since 2001. This course is to be found surrounded by a fabulous nature in an area of 45,000 square metres built up with water lakes, exotic vegetation and sand bunkers. This gives a very special aesthetic atmosphere and at the same time it makes influence in the playing strategy.

The course is designed by Von Hagge, Rick Baril y Smelek, one of the most prestigious designers world wide. His philosophies bases on respecting and making use of the local environment and vegetation which gives a correct and delightful atmosphere.

The driving range is probably the best on the island. The club also has facilities such as chipping / pitching green, putting green and practice bunkers.
